It’s not enough to be “multichannel” to succeed in retail these days; the key is to be “omnichannel.”

For some lighting showroom owners, 25 years may not seem so long ago. I assume that is the case because many showrooms and sales professionals still look at ecommerce as if it has just appeared on the horizon.
