First Impressions
The design process doesn’t end when a new collection is complete and ready to be introduced to the world. After all, a luxury experience means not only designing beautiful fixtures, but also the environment for falling in love with a piece. So much is communicated in
the first few moments a customer lays eyes on our fixtures, and every detail to follow must be just as impressive. To achieve this experience, our approach has always been to be hands on. We build strong,
close relationships with our partners, and offer every bit of support to create the ideal setting for a customer to discover and select the perfect piece. Our Gallery Program allows us to work with our partners to create a dedicated space in the showroom that allows our work to truly shine.
Luxury Beyond the Showroom
We involve ourselves in all aspects of purchasing an Alora fixture, from the showroom to installation. Where the little blue box was designed to be iconic and distinguishing, our packaging is designed to ensure our fixtures arrive in mint condition and ready for painless and straightforward installation. Unlike the standard Styrofoam found in most packaging, we have chosen to use a more durable and resilient closed-cell foam. This provides superior protection during shipping, and creates less mess for buyers
to clean up. A white glove is shipped with each and every fixture, with no polishing required the enjoyment process begins immediately.
Since our inception, every aspect of the design and purchasing journey has been given the same level
