Monte Carlo
Made for indoor use, the NEO Universal Remote is compatible with pull-chain
Monte Carlo fans as well as most made by other brands. It can also turn a three-
speed fan into a four-speed, providing an additional medium speed. There are
two remote designs: a portable handheld with a wall holster and a hardwired
wall-mount. The handheld remote control’s hidden magnet – with a patent-
pending design by remote partner Rhine Electronics – secures the slim and
sleek transmiter in its customized, wall-mount holster. The magnet also enables
the handheld remote to hold frmly onto almost any metal surface or object (i.e.
refrigerators or lamps) for easy access.
The Neo remote can learn up to 60,000 frequencies, which allows a builder/
designer to individually program up to the same number of fans in one large
building, such as an apartment complex or hotel, eliminating frequency crossover Monte
that can operate fans unintentionally. It has 2,000 wats of surge protection in Carlo
the receiver, and the transmiter runs on an included buton cell batery, with a
spare included with each remote.
