Commerce, Calif.-based Nora Lighting has hired Tom Andersen as the company’s new National Accounts Sales Manager for the U.S. and Canada. He will oversee both product sales and introductions for both Nora Lighting and NSpec, the architectural lighting division of Nora.
“Tom has an outstanding professional background and will be a real asset to the Nora Lighting team as we continue to introduce new products for the architectural and commercial markets,” says Nora Lighting President Fred Farzan. “He has worked both the manufacturing and rep sides of the business and knows what is important to rep agencies and how to mutually grow sales.”
Andersen has more than 20 years of experience in the lighting industry and most recently was affiliated with Self Electronics as Strategic Account Manager/Sales & Marketing. He has also worked with ALESCO, a rep agency based in Macon, Ga., along with Cooper Lighting and Spaulding Lighting of Cincinnati, where he was VP/Sales & Marketing.
He will be based in Fayetteville, Georgia.
