The Dallas Market Center (DMC) and ART, the creative home furnishings network, have announced the call for nominations for the 26th annual international ARTS Awards. The ARTS Awards – presented each January during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market – recognizes top manufacturers, retailers, designers, and sales reps from across the world. The winners will be revealed during a gala event on Friday, Jan. 16, 2015 and will recognize excellence in 27 categories. “This year, Interior Designer will be added to the prestigious list of award categories, recognizing this multifaceted profession of conceptual development, project management and execution,” says Cindy Morris, COO of DMC. “This highly respected field is brimming with talent and of great importance to our industry.” Anyone in the home furnishings industry may nominate in all categories. Neither membership in ART nor representation at DMC is necessary. Hurry! The nomination deadline is Aug. 1. Submit nominations online at dallasmarketcenter.com/artsawards.
