Lighting showrooms who wish to reward one of their staff members with a free trip to the Dallas Lightovation show in June have until March 15 to submit their nominations for the popular Light Stars program here.
The Light Stars program enables showroom personnel to experience the largest residential lighting market in North America, which is held twice-yearly at the Dallas Market Center. Aside from rewarding hard-working and talented employees, the Light Stars program enhances the perspective of the next generation of lighting retailing by exposing them to educational opportunities, display inspiration, and a higher level of engagement with product introductions. Anyone in the lighting industry may nominate an individual for consideration in the Light Stars program.
Submit nominations for Light Stars Class of 2024 by Friday, March 15
Light Stars receive:
- Round-trip coach airfare to attend the June 19-22, 2024, edition of Lightovation (reimbursed with an airline receipt, up to $500 for domestic flights)
- Two-night hotel stay in Dallas during Lightovation
Light Stars Eligibility:
- A nominee has not been to Lightovation in at least two years (past four markets) or has never been to Lightovation
- Only one nominee per business location will be accepted into the Light Stars program
- Dallas Market Center will confirm a nominee’s availability to attend Lightovation with the company’s management prior to being accepted into the Light Stars program
- Sales representatives who represent manufacturers do not qualify
