Cathode Lighting Systems, introduces a specialty architectural brand at Lightfair: VoksLyte.
“VoksLyte was created as a natural extension of our industry-leading specialty fluorescent manufacturing business Cathode Lighting Systems,” says Steve Grossman, CEO of CLS. “Over the last 25 years, we’ve had numerous requests for custom fixtures from the lighting design and architectural communities. While we were successful in bringing these one-of-a-kind products to completion, there were always designs that remained unrealized,” Grossman adds. “VoksLyte’s mission is to turn these unique visions into reality utilizing the latest in solid state technology complimented by our expertise in luminaire design and specialty lamp production.”
The official launch of VoksLyte is scheduled for June with a special preliminary viewing planned during LIGHTFAIR® International. The debut features two collections: Tangent, a curved uplight/downlight pendant, and Aerial, a flat panel LED ceiling luminaire and a swiveling sconce.
