Dallas Market Center (DMC) has announced leadership changes to its Leasing division in order to drive new business and serve existing customers inside its dynamic trade center.
Stephanie Cole, currently VP/Leasing for Apparel & Accessories, has expanded her role to include responsibility for leasing and business development for all temporary trade shows including Total Home & Gift Markets; her new title is VP/Leasing & Business development. Cole joined DMC’s Retail Relations team in 2005 and the Leasing division in 2008. Her background is in product development and management for companies such as JC Penney, Federated, and Jones New York.
Dee Gratz Jones has been promoted to VP/Leasing for Apparel & Accessories. She will be responsible for all permanent showrooms in DMC’s one-million-square-foot fashion marketplace including World Trade Center floors 7, 8, 13, 14, and 15. Jones’ broad experience in the fashion industry is followed by more than a decade of leadership with trade shows both in Chicago (MMPI) and New York City (BJI, Inc).
Both positions report to Eva Walsh, EVP/Leasing & Marketing.
“These seasoned industry leaders will help create new business opportunities for exhibitors and deliver new resources for our loyal buyers,” says Cindy Morris, President & CEO of DMC. “Stephanie and Dee are innovative thinkers, passionate about delivering inspiring new companies into a marketplace welcoming more buyers from the middle of the country and more new buyers from around the world. They are also supported by a team that values customer service like no other organization.”
