Kichler Buys Teron Lighting, Expands Commercial Presence
Cleveland-based Kichler Lighting has purchased Teron Lighting, Inc. (TLI), a privately owned manufacturer of commercial lighting products headquartered in Fairfield, Ohio. “The acquisition of TLI allows us to take advantage of their strengths, enabling us to better serve the commercial segment,” notes Tony Davidson, CEO and president of Kichler Lighting.
Roy Minoff, Kichlerís chief administrative officer and co-owner, adds, “as a family-owned company, we are proud to partner with a business that clearly matches our core values. Their history, principles, and corporate culture are very consistent with ours”.
TLI provides commercial-grade, energy-efficient lighting solutions for the assisted living, healthcare, commercial, education, government, hospitality, and multi-family markets. The firm also produces vandal-resistant and wet-location fixtures. TLI will operate as a stand-alone entity with Michael and David Bellos continuing to manage the business.
