Kuzco Group, a leading provider of contemporary decorative lighting solutions, has promoted two exceptional team members to key leadership roles. Paul Sidhu has been named Vice President of Brand, and Holly Blake will serve as Vice President of Sales. These promotions highlight Kuzco’s commitment to fostering talent from within and reinforcing its leadership team with proven expertise and vision.
Holly Blake is an accomplished industry professional with more than 15 years of experience’ she brings her strategic leadership and a deep understanding of both residential and commercial lighting solutions to the position. Her expertise in fostering client relationships and delivering tailored solutions has been instrumental in Kuzco Lighting’s continued growth. She is based in Tennessee.
Paul Sidhu has been a valued member of the Kuzco family for more than nine years as VP/Sales. In his new role as VP/Brand, he will oversee new product development, lead the marketing team, and bring his extensive knowledge of modern lighting and branding to the forefront.
Sidhu has been instrumental in shaping Kuzco’s trajectory, including leading the charge in the brand’s expansion into the U.S. market eight years ago. His contributions also include the successful launches of Alora and Alora Mood and, most recently, the rebranding of Auroralight. A recognized authority and disruptor in the industry, he also serves on the Lighting Board of Governors for the Dallas Market Center. Sidhu is based in Los Angeles.
Taking over the VP/Sales position is Ashlen Haslam, who brings four years of experience with Kuzco Group to her new position as Director of Brand. Her expertise and dedication to creative branding will ensure a seamless transition and continued growth in the company’s brand initiatives.
