Lighting Sales of Memphis has named Amanda C. Brewer (Mandy) as Customer Service Rep and Office Administrator. Brewer previously served in the same position for a2z blinds of Beebe, Arkansas. She will be the first person to fill this role at Lighting Sales of Memphis, creating the benchmark for providing excellent customer service to support the efforts of the outside salespeople, Gary Raileanu and Marcus Appel.
Brewer will be responsible for the detailed follow-up on customer requests for quotes, RGAs, literature, and for circulating manufacturer promotions. Her duties will also include purchase order submissions and bookkeeping responsibilities related to commission accounting and sales data entry.
“I am pleased to return to the lighting industry after a few years away, rekindling my love for customer contact and the challenges of creating an exceptional customer experience in working with and for our lighting lines,” Brewer states.
In the past, Brewer worked for several years in sales for the home improvement industry, enhanced by years of specifically working as a lighting specialist for a regional hardware company in central Arkansas.
She attended the University of Arkansas, Little Rock, majoring in Business Management.
