Lizzette Winters Joins AFX
Waukegan, Ill.-based AFX Inc. (formerly known as American Fluorescent) has hired lighting veteran Lizzette Winters as the new Eastern Regional Manager for Commercial & Residential Sales. Winters will manage sales in the Eastern region of the U.S., focusing on growth in the commercial and showroom distribution channels.
“Lizzette brings more than 20 years of experience in the lighting industry,” says Colleen DeStefano, AFX’s National Sales Manager. “Her impressive background in sales management makes her a great asset for AFX’s continued growth in the specification and lighting showroom channels.”
Most recently, Winters served as Sales Manager for a Tennessee-based commercial agency where she developed the showroom sales division. Prior to that, she was Key Accounts Manager for EGLO USA and developed sales programs for the DIY market. She also owned and managed Lightlines, a manufacturers’ representative agency for 17 years.
