LumenOptix Appoints Bill Rymer as CFO
Montgomeryville, Pa.-based LumenOptix has named Bill Rymer as Chief Financial Officer.

Rymer has 20+ years of experience in the financial and operational arenas, including hands-on management of $1 billion publicly traded and private equity-backed private companies, as well as in the areas of strategic planning, capital structure, financial reporting, and operational restructuring in the manufacturing industry.
Previously, Rymer has held CFO positions at MTI Information Technologies, Constar International, and American Pacific Enterprises.
