Elk Grove Village, Ill.-based LumiSource will unveil its redesigned Las Vegas Market showroom (A-320) this week. The new appearance and layout were designed with its customers in mind and are the result of months of planning and preparation.
The summer Las Vegas Market is also the debut of the company’s new Product Development Program featuring an increased amount of original and unique products designed by LumiSource’s in-house team. Most of these new designs are the outcome of trendcasting research the company conducted to help identify upcoming popular styles such as Mid-Century Modern and Industrial influences. Furthermore, the company has expanded its product focus to include a new pendant lighting line, a series of dining sets, and brand new furniture collections.
In addition to the product changes, LumiSource has merchandised its collections as furnished vignettes and lifestyle-inspired scenes. Swatch book directories are on-hand for buyers to view every product’s color and material options. Sales associates will be able to pull up any product in inventory on the showroom’s new interactive iPads, which are synced to television displays.
