Avon Lake, Ohio -based Hinkley has appointed Marcus Guild as the new Western Regional Sales Manager. Guild will be taking over the role held by Rich Ryan, who is retiring in June. Guild will be responsible for directing, coordinating, and managing the sales reps in that territory while helping to grow sales.

Guild brings 24 years of sales experience in the lighting industry, most recently as Western Regional Sales Manager at Kichler.
Hinkley would like to extend best wishes to Rich Ryan on his upcoming retirement. Ryan joined Hinkley in October 2009, dedicating 14 years of unmatched service to his customers, sales reps, and Hinkley.
“Rich has been a key player on the sales team, managing the showrooms and sales reps for the North American states west of the Mississippi, including Canada and Alaska,” Wiedemer noted. “Rich’s sales leadership has led Hinkley to achieve sales growth with new business channels and additional product categories. We are sad to see him go, but wish him all the best in this new chapter.”
Hinkley will formally celebrate Ryan’s retirement during the upcoming Lightovation in June.
