The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) will honor Lorie Vandegriff as a 2017-2018 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle, a distinction for leadership in entrepreneurship.
NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women with more than 850,000 members, a thriving eChapter and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Vandegriff is the President and Owner of L&M Construction, which is located in the Pacific, Missouri area. Family-owned and -operated, L&M Construction provides quality work when it comes to both commercial and residential properties. Vandegriff oversees a team of highly qualified and experienced general contractors along with the day-to-day operations of the company, managing all aspects of the business from marketing and sales to finance and human resources.
L&M Construction is affiliated with Green Sky, Angie’s List, and Home Advisors. Vandegriff regularly gives back to the community by donating to Back Stoppers, local police and fire departments, cancer survivor funds, and the American Diabetes Association. Vandegriff’s plans for L&M’s future includes starting a distribution center and purchasing a flip house that the company will renovate and sell.
