Operated by Panasonic Lighting Americas, Universal Lighting Technologies has appointed Donna Taylor as VP/Sales for the Central U.S. region. She brings extensive and diverse industry experience in sales management and sales leadership, most recently as VP/Sales for a large energy solutions provider. Additionally, Taylor brings over 10 years of experience from roles in the lighting industry as Midwest account manager and area sales manager.

Based out of Ohio, Taylor will report directly to Damiani and will manage the OEM and distribution channels in the region, providing support to agents, distributors, and end-users. She will have five regional sales managers reporting to her.
Panasonic Lighting Americas, Inc. also appointed Rommell May as the Director/Business Development for ESCO/Retrofit. He brings many years of experience in working with ESCOs and maintenance contractors while serving in his previous role for a large energy solutions provider.

In his new position, May is responsible for creating and implementing a suitable strategy for specification of Universal Lighting Technologies products in the ESCO/Retrofit channel. He will work closely with the sales regional vice presidents, regional sales managers, and field application engineers for a coordinated market approach and with product management to help define the needs for future products. Joining the Solutions Business Development division, he will report to Jim Onishi, Senior VP/Strategic Business Development, and to Verheyen.
