Port Washington, N.Y.-based WAC Lighting and Avon Lake, Ohio-based Hinkley have settled their litigations in the International Trade Commission (ITC) and the Federal District Court and have entered into an agreement under which both Hinkley and WAC shall continue selling their respective products at issue; however, Hinkley has agreed to obtain a royalty-bearing license from WAC under the agreement.
The litigation was primarily regarding a specific LED landscape light.
