Largo, Fla.-based artwork, mirrors, and wallcoverings manufacturer Wendover Art Group has acquired domestic lighting manufacturer Lowcountry Originals, based in Bluffton, South Carolina.
Lowcountry Originals has served the luxury lighting market since 2009. The company’s lighting and home decor products are made-to-order and customizable. Becky Brackett, company founder, will continue to lead in the design, development, and expansion of the products.

The acquisition includes The Light Post Boutique, a premier lighting showroom in Bluffton and home to Lowcountry Originals—where the custom lighting first came to life. The lighting boutique is ready to expand under the umbrella of Wendover Art Group.
