Nora Lighting: Commerce, Calif.-based Nora Lighting founders Fred and Jilla Farzan have announced that their daughter, Neda, has joined the company as a Business Development Analyst. She is currently completing a rotational program in all Nora Lighting departments to gain insights into corporate operations and the lighting industry. “Neda has proven business skills and, obviously, a close connection with the lighting industry through professional and personal relationships,” says President Fred Farzan. “Her enthusiasm and fresh approach will be valuable assets as Nora Lighting continues to expand product lines and develops new markets.” Neda Farzan recently received an MBA from the Columbia Business School in New York City with a concentration on Operations Management and Family Business Management.
