Brentwood, N.Y.-based Satco®|Nuvo® has hired Alan Lamson as its New England Regional Sales Representative. Lamson has a long tenure in the lighting business, starting as an Inside Sales Representative for A.A. MacPherson Company and eventually becoming the New England Territory Sales Manager for that company. He moved to Northeast Marketing Group before landing at Philips Lighting in 2014, where his posts included Senior Account Manager for the Boston area and Category Sales Manager for the Northeast Lamps & Ballasts division. In addition, he obtained his National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions (NCQLP) certification.
