Three exclusively designed collections with Arteriors will debut in 2018 and 2019.
Dallas-based Arteriors is expanding its guest collaboration program to include three new design partners over the next two years with partnerships in development with Celerie Kemble, Frank Ponterio, and Ray Booth. The new collaborations follow the brand’s legacy of product development partnerships with designers that began in 2010 with designer Laura Kirar and has continued with current collaborations with Barry Dixon, Windsor Smith, and Jay Jeffers.
“When we created our guest collaboration program, we were inspired by the creative energy of the interior design community and sought to work together with the people who we admired to bring their creativity and product ideas to our broader customer base,” stated Arteriors Founder & Creative Director Mark Moussa. “Each of our guest designer partners brings a unique perspective to our product assortment and we cherish the relationships that we have developed and the collaborative process of working together to bring these original ideas to life.”
Arteriors guest collaborators will debut their collections at the following future editions of High Point Market:
April 2018 – an assortment of lighting and accessories developed with Celerie Kemble the Palm Beach, Florida native who helms the New York branch of the family design firm Kemble Interiors
October 2018 – the third collection with L.A.-based designer Windsor Smith
April 2019 – a collection developed with Frank Ponterio, founding principal of Frank Ponterio Interior Design in Chicago
October 2019 – a comprehensive collection of lighting, accessories, and accent items designed by Ray Booth, a partner at McAlpine with offices in New York City and Nashville
From concept to launch, each collaboration undergoes a two-and-a-half-year development process that includes multiple rounds of review of inspiration drawings, samples, materials, and prototypes between Arteriors and each guest designer until a fully realized collection that merges the collaborators’ design ethos and Arteriors aesthetic is ready for market. Each guest collaboration debuts at High Point Market with product in-stock to fulfill orders immediately.
The guest collaboration program is one way that Arteriors is working with the design community. In addition to traditional designer collections, Arteriors continues with its Designer Interpretations program, which calls upon tastemakers in the design community to create curated vignettes using the full range of Arteriors product in Arteriors showrooms across the country and internationally.
“The professional design community has so much incredible talent that we would love to recognize, but developing a collection with everyone who inspires us isn’t possible, so we developed our Designer Interpretations program as a tool to allow our showrooms to recognize some of the great talent in their own customer base and community,” Moussa explains.
