New York City-based LEDucation 2019 has announced the line-up of presentations and panel discussions to be held during the conference and trade show in New York City on March 12 and 13 at the New York Hilton Midtown. Industry experts from the lighting community and allied fields will host 30 educational presentations, which include 6 panel discussions. Among the topics to be discussed are: lighting design trends, installation and performance control, building codes and compliances, how lighting can affect health, innovations and advancements in exterior lighting, the growing importance of lighting in horticulture, lighting and acoustics in the workplace. Lighting designers, architects, engineers, specifiers, interior designers, students, and other interested professionals are invited to attend.
Celebrating its 13th year, LEDucation is dedicated to advancing the education of those who seek knowledge in lighting, and provides a unique opportunity for attendees to learn what’s trending in the lighting industry as well as gain powerful insight on solving lighting challenges by applying current best practices. LEDucation is a non-profit event, and its proceeds help stimulate future LED advancements by supporting a variety of grants, scholarships and lighting programs.
LEDucation 2019 will take place on Tuesday, March 12, from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. and Wednesday, March 13, from 9:00 a.m – 5:00 p.m.
