Two long-standing rep firms – Omni Marketing & Sales Group, which operates a 15,000-sq.-ft. showroom in the World Trade Center at Dallas Market Center (DMC), and L.L. Wright Associates of Overland Park, Kan. – have agreed to join forces.
“The merging of our two companies represents a new and what I believe to be a beginning chapter in the Home/Home Décor and Gift industry of the future,” says Jim Berk, Omni’s President. Adds Larry Wright, owner of the L.L. Wright Associates, “The merger is a unique opportunity to join two organizations that jointly have over 70 years combined experience of successful manufacturers representation.”

Wright and Omni’s present and future lines.”
Omni will maintain its showroom presence in the DMC. “Today, a number of regional representative groups have been forced to leave their market based showrooms as the marts have either closed or re-purposed the spaces they formerly occupied, as was the case in Kansas City. Just one synergy of this new partnership is our ability to provide better exposure in the markets we cover to all of our combined agencies’ lines where appropriate,” Berk comments. “We consider ourselves extremely fortunate and grateful that this opportunity has presented itself and are committed to success on behalf of all our constituencies.”
