One of Hollywood’s most-important award ceremonies, the Golden Globes were handed out at the beginning of this week, and last night was the home décor industry’s turn with the 31st edition of the ARTS Awards. Sponsored by the Dallas Market Center, ART (the creative home furnishings network), plus trade magazines including enLIGHTenment magazine – this year’s ARTS Awards had its own touch of Hollywood, co-hosted by design celebrities Carson Kressley and Thom Filicia, original cast members on the Emmy Award-winning reality show Queer Eye for the Straight Guy and now receiving praise on their Bravo TV show Get A Room with Carson & Thom.
