he American Lighting Association (ALA) has announced a new,Webinar-based Sales Training Course in partnership with lighting veteran Mark Okun, LS, of Mark Okun Consulting, who also writes a monthly sales strategy column for enLIGHTenment Magazine.
According to the ALA, the 10-part course covers the fundamental and foundational information needed in the retail selling process. The first three courses are now available:
