Dallas Market Center (DMC) has announced that Surya is moving into a new space in the Interior Home + Design Center portion of the campus. The 14,000-sq.-ft. showroom is located down the corridor from Global Views, which it recently acquired.
The new Surya showroom, Interior Home + Design Center 1D321, will debut in time for the January Total Home & Gift Market, January 10-16, 2024.
“We are excited for what this new location and remerchandised space represent for our company,” said Satya Tiwari, President of Surya. “The Dallas marketplace is a vibrant, year-round destination for designers. Our move into the Interior Home + Design Center is a milestone that will allow designers easy and convenient access to both the Surya and Global Views brands.”
Surya was launched in 1976 by Surya Tiwari, who initially sold hand-knotted rugs and has grown the business into a global brand with an expansive catalog of 80,000+ products. Surya opened its Dallas showroom in the World Trade Center in 2014 and in April 2023 acquired Global Views.
