West Caldwell, N.J.-based MaxLite has announced that Winlectric of Jacksonville, Fla. and its customer, Mark Nichols, have won the company’s first “Tri-Season Gondola Customer Appreciation Sweepstakes.” Both received a 40-inch Samsung LCD HDTV.
“We are delighted to win the MaxLite’s Gondola Sweepstakes,” says Jeff Smith, president of Winlectric. “The display has been very effective in helping us sell energy-efficient lighting fixtures to our customers. MaxLite’s product line is second to none.”
According to Bill Masi, VP/Sales East for MaxLite, “The Gondola program is a win-win for distributors and their customers. The promotion creates sales for our dealers and generates a great deal of excitement for their customers.”
The program, which began June 1, encourages MaxLite distributors to use gondola racks for displaying a wide range of MaxLite fixtures and lamping. Each gondola includes a sweepstakes entry box, two free demonstration fixtures, a color header featuring the MaxLite brand, and wheels for easy merchandising and relocation throughout retail aisles. The freestanding merchandiser is constructed with four shelves and two literature racks full of sales materials.
When a customer purchases a product from the gondola rack, the dealer and the customer fill out one entry form to win a 40-inch Samsung LED TV or LCD HDTV. The sweepstakes is limited to one entry per customer, per drawing. The distributor sends all entries to MaxLite by the dates listed below using the FedEx pack sent with the entry box by MaxLite.
The next drawing will be December 30.
