Reading, Pa.-based Fromm has appointed Patrick Standish as Regional Vice President. In this role, Standish will oversee all sales and operations of Fromm’s Allentown, Bloomsburg, Honesdale, Lebanon, and Souderton branch locations in Eastern Pennsylvania. He will be responsible for driving continued growth in these markets while working with the senior leadership team to execute the company’s strategic priorities.
Standish is a seasoned sales professional with experience spanning more than 30 years in electrical sales and managing branch operations. He has held leadership roles at Graybar, Cooper Electric Supply, Schwing Electrical Supply, U.S. Electrical Services, and All Jersey Mechanical & Construction.

In addition, Fromm has has appointed Leo Francis as VP/Construction Sales. In this role, Francis will drive the expansion of Fromm’s commercial and residential business and lead the company’s sales efforts in lighting and switchgear.
Francis joins Fromm with more than a decade of experience in the electrical industry, most recently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Wesco Distribution, where he achieved significant revenue growth. Preceding Wesco, Francis worked in diverse roles including logistics, technology, and manufacturing, with CommScope, Rittal, and Anixter.

Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Widener University.
