Bethpage, N.Y.-based housewares and beauty industry manufacturer/distributor Imperial Sales Inc. has acquired The Park Madison Lighting Company, which was headquartered in West Haverstraw, New York.
Stuart Goldstein, founder of Park Madison Lighting, will serve as the Executive Vice President for the division under the direction of Imperial Sales co-presidents Danny and Tony Bindra.
Park Madison Lighting will be debuting a 60-page catalog in April, featuring more than 30 new styles. All of Park Madison Lighting’s products will now be shipped from Imperial’s Bethpage facility.
