Libertyville, Ill.-based Matthews Fan Company has announced the promotion of Joel Maldonado to President effective Jan 1, 2024.
Maldonado began his career with Matthews Fan in 2014 as a Florida-based sales representative, where he represented some of the most notable brands in the lighting and fan industry. During his tenure at Matthews, Joel became the top producing sales representative, which led to his appointment as Regional Sales Manager in 2018. Two years later, he was named National Sales Director.
Throughout his journey, Joel has worked with founder Chuck Matthews to further establish Matthews Fan Co. as a major contender in the industry.
