Chatsworth, Calif.-based LightForms, LLC CEO Jack Zukerman has announced a name change for his architectural lighting design and manufacturing corporation formerly known as Lightforms. Citing an error made by LightForms’ former law firm, Zukerman said, “Our reliance on counsel’s assurances regarding the formation of our company’s name has been ill-advised.
