Luminance Lighting Announces Executive Changes: Eric Allen has been promoted from VP/Operations to President and CEO of Luminance. He brings more than 10 years of management experience, including more than three years at Luminance. Prior to his appointment to VP/Operations, he earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Engineering from California State University of Long Beach. In his new role, he will concentrate on Luminance and Hallmark Collective’s core capabilities and enhance profitability. In addition, 30-year lighting veteran Ed Krasner has been appointed Director of Sales. Krasner earned a bachelor’s of science degree in Health Education from California State University in Northridge and has served as VP/Sales at Lite Source for the past 10 years. In his new role he will lead the inside and outside sales teams as well as work with the marketing and product development departments.
