Nicole Milan has been named the new customer service manager for Commerce, Calif.-based Nora Lighting, reports company president Fred Farzan. Milan has worked with the company for more than seven years and will now oversee all customer relations.
“Nicole has been a real asset to Nora Lighting and is ideally suited for this demanding position,” adds Jilla Farzan, Nora’s executive vp/marketing. “She will liaison with our commercial and showroom accounts and representatives nationwide and will see that all orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner.”
