San Jose-based Switch Lighting, a provider of LED-based products,has appointed Thomas “Tracy” Bilbrough as its new CEO effective immediately.
Tracy is a lighting and consumer products veteran with 30+ years executive management experience. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Generation Brands. Prior to that, he was president and CEO of Juno Lighting and held senior management positions at Thomas & Betts and Black & Decker. Tracy earned an MBA from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Loyola University.
“LED replacement bulbs are positioned to revolutionize the global lighting industry, and Switch is pioneering bulbs that set new standards for design, light quality, and efficiency. It’s a very exciting time to be joining the company,” Tracy says.
