In recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, Moonachie, NJ-based Bulbrite has donated 25-watt pink light bulbs to The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center Thrift Shop. Based in Manhattan’s East Side, Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center is one of the world’s premiere cancer centers. For every Bulbrite Pink Light Bulb that is purchased through the Cancer Center Thrift Shop, 100 percent of the proceeds will be donated to help support breast cancer research, education, screening, and treatment.
“We are proud to participate in this Breast Cancer Awareness Program,” explains Cathy Choi, president of Bulbrite. “We hope that we can make a difference, no matter how small, on the lives of people with breast cancer and their loved ones.”
BULBRITE’s 25-watt A19 pink light bulbs are ideal for decorative and display applications in the home, as well as for sign, display, amusement park, and theater applications. The Pink A19 bulbs are also available in 40 and 60 watts.
