Just in time for the January 2021 home & gift markets, Chantilly, Va.-based JuniperWeb – the ecommerce website development tool powered by IMC_di (International Market Center’s digital innovations division) – has launched its first proprietary B2B site for the brand Bethany Lowe (www.bethanylowe.com).
“JuniperWeb is off and running!” says Eric Dean, IMC_di President. “JuniperWeb is our first next-generation product in the Juniper Suite and it’s exciting to see it live and delivering results for a great brand like Bethany Lowe.”
The new website enables Osco, Ill.-based Bethany Lowe Designs, Inc. which produces artisan-made and vintage-inspired holiday décor, to offer round-the-clock wholesale purchasing of its 1,700 SKUs. The company has an additional 400 items scheduled for onboarding prior to the winter markets in Atlanta and Las Vegas.
“Buying patterns have been slowly trending online over the last few years, but as COVID reduced our ability for in-person sales, our B2B website quickly became a crucial sales and marketing tool,” says Erin Glennon, CEO of Bethany Lowe Designs. “With our new website, everything you love about Bethany Lowe Designs is just a click away.”
As part of IMC_di’s omnichannel approach, the new B2B site also allows Bethany Lowe product images and data to publish directly to IMC’s Atlanta Market and Las Vegas Market websites, greatly enhancing discoverability as buyers are planning for markets.
Glennon credits the new website as a “seamless platform” for her business. “Our website is now integrated with our CRM, inventory management, and ERP system — so it’s all tied together and communicating.”
Looking ahead, Glennon wants to work with the Juniper team to continue developing new website features. “The Juniper team has been wonderful to work with — they listen to our feedback and are responsive to suggestions for making the website more user-friendly for our customers,” she adds. “Going forward, we’d like to incorporate additional features such as video capabilities and other innovations that our competitors are not currently offering.”
Launched in August, JuniperWeb builds proprietary ecommerce websites for wholesale vendors and sales reps, enabling online product sales through an individually branded B2B website. The solution is reportedly cost effective, easy to maintain, and integrates with the full suite of Juniper digital solutions – JuniperMarket (B2B digital marketplace), JuniperWeb (ecommerce websites), JuniperData (data hub – upload data once and share anywhere), JuniperSales (sales applications) and JuniperCRM (inside sales tools and CRM applications).
According to Dean, there are dozens of new B2B ecommerce websites progressing through JuniperWeb’s development and delivery pipeline. For information, visit www.JuniperCommerce.com
